Blackwell Celebrates July 4th!

Celebrate July 4th "Blackwell Style" this Friday!
July 4th festivities kick off at 3:30 this Friday in Blackwell with a big Parade! There's prizes for the best entries.

The Blackwell Volunteer Fire Department fundraiser will start at 5:30 with delicious barbeque plates with all the trimmings at the Blackwell Fire Department. Plates are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children under 10 years old.

Once you've filled up on barbeque, it's time for the big dance with Texas Legend Tommy Alverson! Tommy and his band will start around dark and you'll enjoy great Texas Music for a $15.00 cover charge. Bring your lawn chair and enjoy the show.
