More 4th Fun in San Angelo!

Here's more 4th of July Holiday fun in San Angelo!
On Thursday, July 3, Love Municipal Pool will host a Splash Party at 5 p.m. to coincide with the 27^th Annual July 3 Pops Concert and fireworks show at the RiverStage.

Admission is $15 for ages 3 and older, and can be purchased at the Recreation Division offices, 702 S. Chadbourne St., from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays. Only 400 tickets are available. Any tickets remaining will be sold at the gate.

Food or drink may not be brought into the pool, whose concessions will be available for purchase.

This Friday, following an old army tradition, Fort Concho will fire artillery salutes on our nation's birthday.

The artillery salutes (10:00 am - 3:00 pm-usually on the hour) will take place on the fort's Parade Ground near the Visitor Center at Barracks 1. There is no charge for the demonstrations, but regular site admissions will be in effect.
