Shannon Medical Center is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment Survey.
The purpose of the survey is to help Shannon gain perspective on the health needs of the hospital’s service area. Questions asked cover a broad range of information concerning health, wellness and community health resources. Members of the community are encouraged to fill out the online survey.
