Taylor Swift has had a long string of hits, but that doesn't mean she doesn't still get excited when she hears her new singles on the radio. The country-turned-pop superstar heard her new song, "I Don't Want to Live Forever (Fifty Shades Darker)," for the first time on the radio on Wednesday (Feb. 1), and shared her reaction with her fans via YouTube.

In the clip above, Swift and a friend are in the car when the song -- which is a duet with former One Direction singer Zayn Malik -- comes on. The beaming superstar and her friend immediately start acting like goofy kids on the bus during a fun school field trip, miming along to the lyrics and making exaggerated gestures as the song plays in the background. Swift even pulls the old invisible microphone trick, singing into her hand for comic effect at one point.

Swift wrote “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” with fun. guitarist Jack Antonoff, along with Sam Dew, and dropped it by surprise online in December of 2016. Antanoff described the creative process in a tweet, saying the song came together “very quickly” and that he “produced it at home mostly on paper sounds.”

Swift and Malik recorded the song for the upcoming film Fifty Shades Darker, the sequel to Fifty Shades of Gray, which features more of the same graphic, highly sexualized content that made the first film in the series so controversial. Fifty Shades Darker is set for release on Feb. 10.
