San Angelo Police Make Over 40 Arrests

From November 23 through November 27, San Angelo Police make over 40 arrests.

HERRERA, ROBERTO- age 32 was arrested for FORGERY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT around 1:55 p.m. after Police were dispatched Wells Fargo, 36 W Beauregard, for the report of a forgery in progress. Herrera attempted to cash a stolen check.

MERRIMAN, BYRON GLENN- age 42 was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS after Police were dispatched to Walmart, 610 W 29 Street, for the report of a criminal trespass in progress. Merriman was in possession of PG3 Prescription Drugs at the time of arrest and subsequently charged with POSS CS PG 3 < 28G.

11/24/16:

SHEEN, JORDAN ELIZABETH- age 21 was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA around 4:33 a.m. after Police responded to the 4200 block of S. Bryant Blvd. to assist another Officer. Sheen also gave false information about her identity and was subsequently charged with FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE. Sheen also had an outstanding arrest warrant for J/N POSS CS PG 1 <1G.

VILLAFRANCO, RODNEY LEE –age 31 was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS and PUBLIC INTOXICATION after Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Lowrie for several reports of an intoxicated subject in the area.

11/25/16:

CABRERA, ANTONIO- age 41 was arrested for AGG ASSAULT DATE/FAMILY/HOUSE W/WEAPON around 10:50 p.m. after he displayed a knife during an assault at a residence in the 1100 block of Linda Lee. Drive. Cabrera attempted to evade Officers and resisted arrest. Cabrera was subsequently charged with EVADING ARREST DETENTION and RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT.

GARCIA, MARK RYAN- age 21 was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 around 9:53 p.m. after Police were dispatched to Sherwood Way and Avenue N to investigate a traffic crash. Garcia initially fled the scene but was located by Officers and found to be intoxicated.  Garcia was issued Citations for Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverages in a Motor Vehicle and Fail to Control Speed.

GOMEZ, AMY MARIE- age 25 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE around 3:38 p.m. after Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of State Street for the report of a domestic disturbance. Gomez was in possession of drug paraphernalia at the time of arrest and subsequently charged with POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.

HOPSON, CORY ALEXANDER: age 27 was arrested for RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT after Police were dispatched to a residence in the 600 block of N Van Buren Street for the report of a structure fire. The first Officer on scene located a shed in the backyard that was engulfed in flames. The Officer learned someone was inside the shed and entered it, located Hopson and pulled him out to safety. Fire Department responded to extinguish and investigate the nature of the fire. Hopson attempted to leave the scene during the investigation. Hopson was in possession of marijuana at the time of arrest and subsequently charged with POSS MARIJ <2OZ.

11/26/16:

BARANOWSKI, REBECCA DENAE- age 22 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE around 7:13 p.m. after Police were dispatched to a residence in the 2800 block of Colorado Street for the report of a domestic disturbance.

CLARY, LACY GRACE- age 32 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE around 4:23 a.m. after  Police were dispatched to the unit block of E. 23 Street for the report of a domestic disturbance.

RODRIGUEZ, KATHERINE- age 24 was arrested for FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO around 2:53 a.m. during a traffic stop at N Johnson and Sherwood Way. Rodriguez gave false information about her identity. The driver, DANIEL, STRAIT CHANCE- age 22, was arrested for an outstanding warrant for POSS MARIJ <2OZ. Passenger, TAYLOR, DESTINEE NICOLE- age 22 was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ after Police Service Dog Duke alerted Officers to the presence of illegal substances inside the vehicle.

GARCIA, JULIAN SERGIO- age 27 was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA around 9:01 p.m. during a traffic stop at Hudson & W 19 Street.

MARTINEZ, MARCIAL, Jr.- age 32 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION around 6:11 p.m. after Police were dispatched to A & B Ink, 1520 S Oakes Street, for the report of an alarm. Martinez was located at the back door, intoxicated.

MCGUIRRE, CHRISTINA NICOLE- age 31 was arrested for RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT and 5 outstanding warrants around 8:57 p.m. after Police were dispatched to the Dollar Tree Store, 3329 Sherwood Way for the report of a possible fight.  Officers located McGuirre at a secondary location and advised she was under arrest for warrants. McGuirre resisted her arrest and resisted entering the patrol vehicle.

PEREZ, JOSHUA SCOTT- age 32 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE around 11:22 p.m. after Police were dispatched to the 3600 block of Juanita for the report of a domestic assault.

ENRIQUEZ, JULIO PENA, Jr.- age 31 was arrested for DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FINE and an outstanding warrant for DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP around 11:23 a.m. during a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Gregory Drive.

GALLARDO, ISMAEL- age 40 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and 4 outstanding warrants around 12:31 a.m. in the 1600 block of S Chadbourne.

ST CLAIR, DANIEL ROBERT- age 19 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION around 1:51 a.m. after Police were dispatched to the 800 block of Glenna for a welfare check. St Clair was located staggering nearby on the Houston Harte.

SCHNEIDER, TERRELL SOHN- age 48 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and outstanding warrants around 7:31 p.m. near W 19^th and Martin Luther King Drive.

TANGUMA, MANUEL- age 46 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION around 7:06 p.m. after Police were dispatched to Lowe’s Grocery Store, 1926 N. Bryant Blvd., for a welfare concern.

TORRES, FILIBERTO- age 34 was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED around 3:47 a.m. after Police were dispatched to 1139 E 19th St. in reference to an off-road traffic accident where a vehicle struck a fence and three trailers at 1110 E 18th St, Bruton Trailer. The driver, Torres was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

VELEZ, MAX JUAN- age 34 was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED around 3:05 a.m. during a traffic stop in the 200 block of S Chadbourne.

VILLARREAL, RAUL REYES- age 33 was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS around 8:21 p.m. after Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of W Concho Avenue for the report of an unwanted subject.

VILLAFRANCO, RODNEY LEE- age 31 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION around 8:44 p.m. after Police were dispatched to Taco Bell, 1504 Pulliam Street, for an unwanted subject.
