At approximately 2:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, San Angelo Police conducted a traffic stop on a grey 2003 GMC Yukon in the 800 block of N. Jefferson Street.

Officers made contact with the driver, identified as 28-year-old Zachary Alan Garcia who was wanted on an outstanding County Warrant.  Garcia was arrested for the warrant and Police seized a revolver that Garcia was sitting on.

During a search of the vehicle incident to Garcia’s arrest, Officers discovered a backpack that contained drug paraphernalia as well as suspected narcotics, which field-tested positive for methamphetamine.

Garcia was charged with Felony 2 Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, Unlawful Carrying Weapon, Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia, Expired Registration, and No Insurance.

Garcia was transported to the tom Green County Jail without incident.

ARAMBULA, FRANCISCO EDWARD- age 34 was arrested for FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS and an outstanding warrant yesterday around 3:11 a.m. after he gave false information about his identity to Officers after Police were dispatched to the 2500 block of Sweetbriar Drive for the report of an unknown problem.

BARRON, TERRY LYNN- age 33 was arrested for PAROLE VIOLATION warrant yesterday around 9:30 p.m. after Police were dispatched to the 4200 block of Armstrong for the report of possible drug usage.  REDDICK, MICHELLE RAE- age 27 was also located during the call and arrested for an outstanding warrant for VOP-DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED.

GAGE, WILLIAM TERRY- age 68 was arrested for FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO and an outstanding warrant for ASSAULT FAM/HOUSE MEM IMPEDE BREATH/CIRCULATION around 6:30 p.m. last night after he gave false information about his identity to Officers.  Police were in the area of the 500 block of E. 24th checking on a disturbance when they located Gage.

GARCIA, ANGELO ANTONIO- age 26 was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and PUBLIC INTOXICATION around 11:23 a.m. yesterday after Police were dispatched to the 3300 block of N. Bryant Blvd for the report of an unwanted subject.

LACOMB, JAMES OLIVER, Jr.- age 45 was arrested for outstanding warrants around 3:27 a.m. yesterday after Police located him in the area of S. Irving and W. Avenue B.

MCDONALD, AARON SLADE- age 19 was arrested for outstanding warrants around 12:28 a.m. this morning after Police were dispatched to McDonalds on N. Bryant Blvd for the report of a hit and run accident.

NETTLES, HALEY NICOLE- age 25 was arrested for an outstanding warrant around 3:28 p.m. yesterday after Police learned she was at a residence in the 2600 block of W. Harris Avenue.

PEDREGO, ALEJANDRO- age 30 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE around 1:28 a.m. this morning after Police were dispatched to the 2300 block of San Antonio for the report of a domestic disturbance.

PLANG, PHEARSAIT- age 33  was arrested for outstanding warrants for BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE/WALLER CO. around 12:41 a.m. yesterday morning after Police were dispatched to the 600 block of S. Bell Street for the report of an intoxicated person.

SHEETS, CHRISTOPHER ALLAN- age 29 was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION and THEFT CLASS C yesterday around 9:49 p.m.  An off-duty Officer working uniformed security at Lowe’s on N. Bryant attempted to detain Sheets for suspected theft at the store but Sheets fled.  Subsequent to a search of the area, Police located Sheets hiding underneath an RV in the backyard of a residence located in the 100 block of W. 20thStreet.  Officers learned Sheets stole ice cream from the store.
