San Angelo Police Department Sept. 26-27

Arrest Blotter: Monday, September 26, 2016 - Tuesday, September 27, 2016.

AGUILAR, KATHERINE JO- age 37 was arrested for an outstanding warrants and Theft of Property around 12:20 Monday afternoon after Police were dispatched to the Walmart on W. 29^th Street for the report of a shoplifter who had left the store with stolen property.  Officers located Aguilar in a vehicle near Farr and 28^th Street.  Aguilar was arrested and issued a Criminal Trespass Warning from all Walmart properties.

ARP, ERIC DON- age 34 was arrested for outstanding warrants just before 6:00 p.m. Monday evening after Police were dispatched to the 2300 block of Freeland Avenue for the report of an unwanted subject/welfare concern.

JETER, MATTHEW JORDAN - age 24 was arrested for DWI around 11:50 p.m. Monday night after Police were dispatched to the Stripes Store, 2701 Sunset Drive, for the report of an intoxicated/passed out person who had been at the gas pump for nearly an hour.  Officers responded and located Jeter inside the vehicle, which was running.

ROJAS, JANIE MARTINEZ- age 53 was arrested for a Parole Violation Warrant around 2:30 p.m. Monday afternoon after Police were dispatched to the 100 block of W. Avenue N for the report of a domestic disturbance.  Officers determined no assault occurred and the argument was verbal.  The outstanding warrant was found during a records check.

SCHAFER, SUSAN RENNE- age 26 was arrested for Theft of Property, Fraud Destroy Removal Concealment Writing and 5 outstanding warrants after Police were dispatched to the Walmart on W. 29^th Street for the report of a shoplifter who was switching price tags to defraud the store.  Schafer was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning from all Walmart properties and a Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

THIGPEN, MICHAEL JOSPEH- age 39 was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence and Interfere with Emergency Request for Assistance just after 7:00 p.m. Monday evening after Police were dispatched to a residence in the 500 block of S. Archer for the report of a domestic disturbance.  Officers determined Thigpen assaulted a 36-year-old female and took a phone away from a witness who was attempting to call 9-1-1.

TRUJILLO, ESTEVAN- age 24 was arrested for Burglary of a Building just before 5:00 a.m. Monday morning after Police were dispatched to Rowdy’s Food, 125 E. Concho Avenue, for an active burglar alarm.  Officers observed forced entry on the front doors and observed Trujillo inside the building.  During a search, Officers located cans of Red Bull in his pockets, which Trujillo procured from the establishment’s Red Bull mini-fridge.
