12/9/16

NAVARRO, DAVID- age 41 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and booked into the Tom Green County Jail at approximately 9:09 a.m. following an domestic violence investigation at a residence in the 200 block of Lipan Drive.

RANGEL, MONICA RACQUEL- age 34 was arrested for DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/ and booked into the Tom Green County Jail at approximately 5:31 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Country Club Road.

12/10/16:

ASHBY, SHAY DEHAVEN- age 35 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION around 9:49 p.m. after Police were dispatched to the Western Sky Steakhouse, 2024 N Chadbourne, for the report of a suspicious subject. Ashby on a Peace Officer during the booking process and was subsequently charged with HARASSMENT OF PUBLIC SERVANT.

DOYLE, MEAGAN MICHELLE- age 30 was arrested for THEFT PROP >= $100<$750 and booked into the Tom Green County Jail around 2:14 p.m. after Police were dispatched to the Walmart on Sherwood Way for the report of a shoplifter in custody.  Doyle attempted to steal over $100.00 in merchandise.

JORDAN, JAMES ROYCE- age 64 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and booked into the Tom Green County Jail around 7:04 p.m. after Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Shiloh Street for a welfare check on a man who was standing in the roadway, waving his arms. Upon arrival, Officers located Jordan lying on the side of the road.

LEWIS, JAMES ALLEN- age 38 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and booked into the Tom Green County Jail at approximately 12:20 a.m. following a domestic violence investigation at a residence in the 1300 block of Wiley Street.

MCGEE, VICKIE CARDONA- age 64 was arrested for SILENT ABUSIVE CALL/ELECTR COMM TO 911 SERVICE and booked into the Tom Green County Jail at approximately 6:23 a.m. after McGee made multiple calls to 911 for non-emergency issues.

MORADO, RAQUEL- age 19 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and booked into the Tom Green County Jail around 10:21 p.m. following a domestic violence investigation at a residence in the 4000 block of Green Meadow Drive.

ROSALES, JOE ANGEL- age 22 was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 and DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O and booked into the Tom Green County Jail at approximately 1:56 a.m. following a crash investigation in the 2100 block of Pecos Street. Rosales was driving eastbound on Sherwood Way when his gray 2013 Kia Spectra collided with a signal light and a parking lot barrier. The collision caused his vehicle to overturn and come to rest in a parking lot. Rosales was treated and released by Medics at the scene before being transported to jail.

SMITH, SEAN THOMAS- age 25 was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE INTENT GIVE FALSE INFO, and CRIMINAL TRESPASS and booked into the Tom Green County Jail around 9:56 p.m. after Police were dispatched to the Walmart on Sherwood Way for the report of a theft in progress. Smith attempted to steal several items, lied about his identity, and violated an active criminal trespass warning.

THOMAS, AMANDA PAIGE- age 29 was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED and booked into the Tom Green County Jail at approximately 3:22 a.m. after Police were dispatched to the area of Loop 306 and Knickerbocker road for the report of a reckless driver operating a white Ford F-150 that was traveling on the wrong side of the road.

DILWORTH, EDWARD LEE- age 60 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and booked into the Tom Green County Jail around 3:01 a.m. after Police were dispatched to the 3500 block of Wildewood Drive for the report of someone passed out wearing shorts, short-sleeves, and no shoes or socks.

GALVAN, RUBEN, III- age 18 was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and booked into the Tom Green County Jail around 12:42 a.m. following a traffic stop at W Avenue Q and Ben Ficklin Rd.  Galvan was the passenger.

PEREZ, JOSE LUIS- age was arrested for DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/ and an outstanding warrant and booked into the Tom Green County Jail around 2:52 p.m. (NFI).
