City Launches Sponsored Sweepstakes for Water Utility Customers

The City of San Angelo launched a sponsored sweepstakes for water utility customers who enroll or are already enrolled in paperless billing, AutoPay or online payments. Five winners will be chosen and each awarded a $100 Visa gift card. The sweepstakes will close April 18.

The sweepstakes is sponsored and funded by Invoice Cloud, a provider of secure e-payments serving local governments and utilities nationwide. The City of San Angelo began using the Invoice Cloud platform in January 2020 for online payments and pay-by-text options.

Water Utilities Director Allison Strube said,

“San Angelo residents are able to easily and safely pay their utility bills online using a computer or mobile device,” said Water Utilities Director Allison Strube. “We hope the sweepstakes will offer an added incentive for customers to take advantage of the online payment services we offer.”

Customers can enroll in paperless billing, register to pay online and enroll in AutoPay at cosatx.us/waterbill. Customers already enrolled in any of the aforementioned services will be automatically entered. The official rules of the sweepstakes are available at cosatx.us/customerservice.
