A suspect wanted in connection with the 2016 double homicide on Rio Grande Street was arrested by a joint law enforcement fugitive task force this afternoon in Lansing, Michigan.
Around 4:10 p.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2016, San Angelo Police Officer T. Dietz was patrolling the unit block of E. 25th Street when he observed a white Nissan Versa similar to one that was reported stolen from the 2800 block of Chestnut Street in early November.
Saturday afternoon, Detectives with the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division (SCD) developed information about the location of 43-year-old Guadalupe Silva Reyes, who was wanted on an outstanding Warrant for Parole Violation.
