San Angelo Nature Center Valentine Night Out

The San Angelo Nature Center will host a Valentine’s Day event for youngsters whose parents are looking to enjoy the evening without any children.
The four-hour party – from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. on Feb. 14 – will be limited to 20 children. The cost is $20 per child for Nature Center members and $25 for non-members. Reservations and payments must be received at the Nature Center, 7409 Knickerbocker Road, by Tuesday, Feb. 12.

The party’s participants must be at least 5 years old. They will dine on pizza and a snack, interact with and learn about the Nature Center’s animals, make crafts, and take a souvenir photo.

The Nature Center is open from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.

Memberships cost $20 for an individual, $25 for a family, $50 for a benefactor and $100 for a corporate-level sponsorship. Benefits include free admission for one year, discounts on special programs, 20 percent off gift-shop items and a quarterly newsletter.
