Wouldn't it be nice if everyday could be "Eat What You Want Day"?

My doctor would not like what I want to eat everyday, like lots of ice cream, lots of potatoes, burgers, and any fast food that strikes my fancy at the time. However, since I've gotten older, I have to watch what I eat to keep healthy, so fast food is a treat, not a daily indulgence.

I've heard this before, but it seems really true now that "if it tastes good, it's not good for you"! Everything I really like is not good for me.

So I guess I celebrate Eat What You Want Day with a small steak or piece of broiled fish, a salad and no dessert(maybe a sugar free cookie would be ok). I'll save that burger & fries for a day when I've lost
another dozen or so pounds (per doctor's orders)!
