US Sees Increase in Women Paying Alimony & Child Support

A new survey conducted by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, reports 56% of the nation's top divorce attorneys say they have seen an increase in the number of mothers paying child support in the last three years.

The survey also reveals 47% of the attorneys have also noted an increase in the number of women paying alimony.

Amid the Mother's Day flowers and cards, for more and more moms it's a reminder they have to write child support checks.
