The Carnival Stops in San Angelo
If you've driven by Sunset Mall in San Angelo, you may have noticed Wright's Amusements has set up shop in the parking lot. And they'll be there now through Sunday, June 6th, 2021.
There's FREE admission and FREE parking. You can ride the Himalaya, the Freak Out, the Kamikaze and many more. They have 25 rides in all.
Not only do you have the rides, but you can also enjoy cotton candy, funnel cakes, corn dogs and more. Get a wrist band and you can ride all you want all day for just 30 bucks.
Wright's Amusements' website says they have been in business for a long time. They say they are the longest running carnival in North America with over 55 years experience going from towns to festivals in four states:
When the Wight's Amusements carnival comes to town, it always brings lots of colorful excitement. The Carnival actually travels year-round to State and County Fairs, and sets up in malls in cities and towns and at festivals and special events throughout Colorado, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Texas.
So there you have it. The carnival is in town through this Sunday. Get on out and bring the family for a lot of fun. Who knows when Wright's Amusements will come back to San Angelo. Make sure you go have fun at the carnival before they leave town.
And don't forget: you can win tickets, airfare, a hotel stay, plus $500 spending cash to see Eric Church live for the kick off of his "Gather Again" tour in Lexington, Kentucky here.
