With the hot west Texas summer coming on here are a few ways to help you avoid skin cancer, the most common of all cancers.
You can protect yourself this summer by slapping on the sunscreen.
Wearing a hat and shirt while working or playing outdoors during the hot summer days is also a good idea.
Another tip- if possible, stay inside during the middle of the day when the sun is the brightest.
