JPW Learning Center will host its Annual “Cookbook Gala” on Tuesday, September 15th, at the Bentwood Country Club.

The JPW Learning Center provides opportunities for alternative educational instruction for children or adults who are experiencing difficulties learning. JPW, which has been in existence over 30 years, helps teachers obtain skills necessary to recognize and appropriately instruct those with learning differences and has trained over 450 teachers and countless students.

Noted Chef’s for this year’s gala are: Terry Thompson Anderson, Mando Rayo, Tiffany Harelik and Francine Bryson. Each course will have a dish prepared from each chef’s cook books during the evening meal. Each Chef will present tell about the recipe prior to each course being served and Wine Master Drex Vincent of Christoval Vineyard will comment on wine choices for each course. Cocktails will be served at 6pm followed by a four-course meal at 7pm. The evening meal will be prepared by Executive Sous Chef Chad Lowry of Bentwood Country Club.
