Jon Langston Releases ‘Dance Tonight’ Due to Fan Demand [Listen]
Jon Langston celebrated Country Radio Seminar week in 2019 with a special performance on Feb. 13 at Luke Bryan’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink in Nashville, debuting a new song, "Dance Tonight," for an amped-up crowd.
Fans lined up for the special show, creating a packed house. The live set included a surprise visit from Bryan himself, who showed his support for Langston. Langston's debut single, “When It Comes to Loving You,” is continuing to climb the country radio charts.
The demand from fans for new music has been high, and Langston, a Georgia native, decided to release "Dance Tonight" as a surprise for Valentine's Day. Langston wrote the song with his producer and frequent collaborator, Jody Stevens, and the lyrics paint a picture of a man who will do anything to make his girl smile, even if it's just dancing together at home to her favorite tunes. To celebrate the song, Langston shared a video of him and his mother dancing.
Langston kicked off a run of headlining Dance Tonight Tour dates on Feb. 16 to a sold-out crowd in Chicago. The tour plays select markets through April. Later this summer Langston will hit the road with Bryan on his Sunset Repeat Tour along with Cole Swindell.
