Hey y’all! Excited to be back on the radio. Especially, at 97 5 KGKL. After years of radio, I finally get to play my kind of music. I grew up in the middle of a cornfield in Indiana, so COUNTRY is in my blood.
I’ve been a San Angeloan for close to 20 years and it is most defininitely “home” for us. Ami and I have four kids from 7 ½ to 21. Ami’s on the school board at SAISD and she’s Community Relations Manager at Mosiac in San Angelo. That’s not all she does. We’re both so busy we sometimes pass each other coming and going.
One thing we do love is taking the kids to Bobcats, Chiefs and Hawks football games whenever we can. Ami goes for the bands and I go for the football. One day she’ll know all the rules.
You’ll see me at Angelo State sporting events and you might run into me at a Rangers or Cowboys game some time along.
I really appreciate you listening. I know you have lots of choices and I’m just happy you gave us a chance. In return, I hope to give you a laugh and a smile and a friend on the radio.
Feel free to email me at email@example.com or you can always hit me up on our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages.
I try to help out in the community when I can. I’ve volunteered for: Boy Scouts of America; Be Theatre; Mosaic of San Angelo; West Texas Boys Ranch; Sonrisas Therapeutic Riding; Girl Scouts of America; Children’s Miracle Network; Shannon Medical Center; D.E.S.K. (Donate Education Supplies for Kids) and San Angelo Independent School District. I serve on the board for the Howard Community College Foundation.
