Special recognition goes to Patsy Childress, who has done a fantastic job of making this
one of the premiere barbeque and chili cookoffs in Texas! This cookoff has raised more
than $357,000.00 before this year, and will pass the $400,000.00 mark after this year's
donations are tallied. All proceeds benefit women's Breast Cancer Charities in West Texas!
