This is a day to enjoy your favorite yummy treats!  Forget about all the calories and high fat content.  Tomorrow you can always get back to your diet.

Desserts can include many choices like:  cakes, cookies, jello, pastries, ice cream, pies, pudding, candy, fruits, etc.

You can make your own, buy them at the store, or enjoy them at a restaurant.  Their even more fun, if you share them with family or friends.  Today you can even have a dessert with every meal.

Here's hoping you have a wonderful, happy and fattening, National Dessert Day.
