This Is Fatigue Syndrome Day!

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is actually a disorder and it's no laughing mater. If you are always tired or fatigued, perhaps its time to visit your doctor. Today would be a great time to make an appointment.

Maybe you're not getting enough sleep or you are just stressed out.

Worrying over money problems can also cause fatigue.

Whatever the cause, today,  try to identify it and most importantly correct it.
