Congratulations, if this is your birthday!  You are celebrating along with country singer, Linda Davis.  Born in 1962, in Dodson, Texas, Linda was paired with Reba McEntire on their 1993 duet hit, "Does He Love You".  She later scored a solo hit in 1996 with, "Some Things Are Meant To Be".  She's also the mother of Hillary Scott, co-founder of Lady Antebellum.  Happy 52nd, Linda!   It's National Tie One On Day!

No, it's not what you think.  It's not about going out and drinking way too much, and getting crazy.  Instead, this day celebrates the apron along with the past generations of women who have worn them.  It was created as a day to bring joy to the life of someone in need and to celebrate the spirit of giving.

If you really want to be a part of National Tie One On Day, buy an apron and bake something.  Then, tuck a note of encouragement in the pocket of the apron, wrap whatever you baked in the apron and give it to someone in need on this Thanksgiving Eve.  That's what this day is all about!

Now Let's P-A-R-T-Y!!
