This is the day for all lovers of cherry pie to eat their fill for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  I believe most of us are familiar with President George Washington and the cherry tree.  Not only was cherry pie the favorite of George, but also of Queen Elizabeth I.  So today, eat up and enjoy!
