To celebrate the 450th anniversary of the Bard’s birth, Angelo State University’s Department of English and Modern Languages will host a staged reading of William Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing” this Wednesday, April 23, in the ASU Auditorium.
The performance will begin at 7 p.m. and is open free to the public.  The ASU Auditorium is located in the Mayer Administration Building, 2601 W. Avenue N.

A popular comedy about slander, love, wooing and marriage, Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing” will be read by students currently taking the senior-level English 4309: Shakespeare course.  Information about the play and its author will also be available at the reading.
