You will learn why they are so important in today’s business world and which network would be most beneficial for your business. Used effectively, social media marketing can ensure your business stays on your customer’s mind when they need your product or service and can help you build a network of customers and contacts.

What are your financial statements saying about your business’s health? Learn how to understand your financial statements and how to use them to determine how you can make changes to increase profits and overall success. Attendees will learn how to read basic financial statement formats such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in addition to analysis tools such as breakeven points and ratio analysis to learn more about their business.

The ASU-SBDC (Angelo State University Small Business Development Center) will present the training event “10 Week FastTrac® GrowthVenture™ Workshop” Thursdays, February 19th – April 23rd at 6:00p.m.

FastTrac® GrowthVenture™ is a course designed to support entrepreneurs seeking to take their existing businesses to the next level. This 10 week course helps existing entrepreneurs analyze their current business situation to identify the best opportunities for growth. Budgeting, sales strategies, management team roles, operational systems and business plan implementation are key areas of emphasis. The course also facilitates networking between entrepreneurs and professionals.

The 30-hour FastTrac® GrowthVenture™ program is valued at $900, but will be offered for $799 locally. A $400 scholarship may be available pending on approval of a public entity interested in supporting entrepreneurship and small business development on a “first come-first served” basis to qualified applicants.
