Woman Punishes Her Daughter By Taking Her Cell Phone…..Gets Arrested

Divorces can be a real pain as one Michigan woman recently found out. Especially when there's children involved and an ex-husband who obviously hates you. Jodie May, of Grandville decided to punish her daughter by taking away her cell phone. Her ex-husband told police that HE owned the phone and said what she did was a crime. So he pressed charges. She faced a larceny charge punishable by up to 93 days in jail. IT GETS BETTER. At the trial, they find out the phone actually belonged to the daughter the whole time. Charges dismissed/husband still scorned.
