Turkey Hot Line

It's a Thanksgiving Tradition, and the folks who man the Butterball Turkey Hot Line have saved a whole lot of turkeys from getting overcooked, undercooked, or just messed up!
If my wife didn't fix our turkey and it was up to me, you can bet I would be calling the hot line!
Butterball operates their Turkey Talk-Line at 1-800-BUTTERBALL (1-800-288-8372) -- you can call them throughout November and December.Here's another resource if you can't get through on the Turkey Talk Line:
The USDA has a hotline for meat and poultry that’s available to help. You can call them at 1-800-535-4555 anytime to hear recorded messages. The hotline is open      on Thanksgiving Day from 8:00 a. m. to 2:00 p.m.
