Survival and Safety Clinics for Women and Children

With all the violence in our country these days, all of us need to know how defend ourselves!

Spirit Fit Martial Arts Studio will have safety, self defense, and survival clinics from women, children, and adults on Saturday, August 27th from 9 am-3 pm.

These are free clinics and pre registration is strongly suggested.

The clinics featured are:
Children (6-12 yrs) from 9-11 am
Women (12 years & up) 11-1 pm
Adult Warriors (limited enrollment) 1-3 pm.

While this is a free event, donations are appreciated to support Fight Back Ministries and their upcoming ministry trips.
