Shooting Incident Suspect Dies

The suspect involved in Monday’s officer involved shooting incident, Charles D. Welborn, died yesterday evening while being treated at Shannon Medical Center.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. last night, March 25, 2014, Welborn succumbed to his gunshot wounds.  Welborn was transported from Shannon Medical Center to Lubbock, Texas for Autopsy.
