San Angelo Health Department has Received Doses Of COVID Vaccine
The San Angelo Health Department has received doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.
They will be opening registration to the public for people who are over the age of 65 years old and who do not have a primary care provider.
They have a very limited supply of doses at this time, and they will be administered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all the doses have been used, registration will be closed until new doses are received.
Residents of Tom Green County who meet the requirements above must visit the website at cosatx.us/vaccineform to register to receive the vaccine.
If approved, residents will receive an email from the Health Department with a time to come and get your vaccine.
A copy of the registration form must be presented at the time of vaccination.
Walk-ins will not be accepted. Residents must have confirmation of an appointment.
