Police Looking for a Witness

The Criminal Investigations Division of the San Angelo Police Department is asking the public’s help in locating a woman needed for questioning regarding a theft investigation.The theft occurred at Lowe’s Grocery Store on Main St. on August 14. The woman is believed to be approximately 5’05” to 5’06” and in her mid-to-late 60’s.  She was driving the vehicle in the photo attachment
