Kevin Fowler Plays The “Celebrate Ballinger Music Fest” Saturday
Ballinger calls themselves the Greatest Little Town in Texas and they are going to celebrate that title with the "Celebrate Ballinger Music Fest" this Sat, Aug 7th. It's an all day music fest at the Ballinger Airport!
Everybody is invited to take the short drive to Ballinger & join the celebration with great live music starting at 2 pm and continuing until 11 pm. Gates open at 12 noon so plan on getting there early and picking out a great spot to enjoy the concert. Be sure to bring your chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The show is BYOB and the cooler charge is just $10.
The concert event features numerous bands including the Soggy Pesos, the Stateline Band, J. Rodney Dunn & The Lost Frijoles Band and headlining the festival is Texas Country Music legend and superstar Kevin Fowler!
The Soggy Pesos have made a name for themselves playing numerous local pubs and clubs like the Penny Tap House, Casual Pint and Concho Pearl Icehouse, among others.
The Stateline Band won New Band Of The Year at the 2021 Texas Regional Radio Report Awards.
J. Rodney Dunn & The Lost Frijoles Band have released and enjoyed some success with a couple of albums, the first of which was called "Caliche Country". Their new album is entitled "Welcome To Texas". The title song is their current single and a lot of Texans agree with the message!
Headlining the show is Kevin Fowler!! Kevin is not only an awesome singer, songwriter, performer and a pro in every way, he is also a great guy who loves his fans as much as they love him! Kevin is a pioneer of the Texas Music Scene and has continued to give us incredible music for decades with numerous albums and hit singles. His live shows are among the best you will ever see. Don't miss it!!
This is an all ages outdoor show. Food and beverage vendors will be on site throughout the day.
Tickets for the "Celebrate Ballinger Music Fest" are $35, kids 12 & under are free. There is a $10 cooler fee. You can purchase tickets now at eventbrite.com and also at the gate the day of the concert.
