El Paso, TX Water Parks Drop 2025 Opening Dates

The countdown for the official start of Summer here in El Paso is creeping up, even though these afternoon highs already make it feel like Summer!

But you know that Summer is REALLY coming when you start seeing local pools and splash pads opening up, and soon that will be the case because The City of El Paso Water Parks have released their schedule for the 2025 season!

 The City of El Paso Water Parks will have a staggered opening starting in the month of May with Chapoteo Water Park opening May 3rd with a Cinco de Mayo bash that’s gonna make you forget how many tacos you just ate.

Every weekend more water parks will open with the next being the Lost Kingdom (May 10), followed by Camp Cohen (May 17), and then Oasis and all the parks officially go full splash mode Memorial Day weekend.

The parks are packing the summer with themed parties, swim lessons, sensory-friendly hours, and events that are going to be fun for the whole family.

Daniel Arizpe, the mastermind behind all the aquatic excitement, said it best: “There’s something for everyone.” Translation: bring the kids, the abuelos, and your best floaties.
