El Paso Couple Turns Dutch Bros Into Their Engagement Backdrop

I’m a sucker for a cute love story especially when it involves my favorite beverage ever, COFFEE!! 

We’ve seen couples show their love for their favorite chain restaurants in some pretty creative ways including wedding photos! My brother, for example, had some of his wedding photos taken at Whataburger. 

Well, one El Paso couple decided to bring that same kind of love to their engagement announcement, choosing Dutch Bros Coffee as the backdrop for their special moment.

Extra Love With A Shot of Espresso, Please!

Diana Meraz and her fiancé have been dating for five years, and their five-year anniversary trip became one they’ll never forget.

The couple traveled to Paris, where Diana’s fiancé popped the question. After returning home and taking their engagement photos, they knew there was one more stop that had to be made.

“It was only fitting that we stopped at Dutch Bros after our engagement photos!” Diana said.

For the couple, Dutch Bros has become much more than a place to grab coffee.

“Dutch Bros has always been our thing,” Diana said. “Whether we’re running errands, going somewhere special, or just want a little treat, somehow we always end up at Dutch Bros.”

Her fiancé agrees, saying the coffee shop has become part of their everyday routine. They even have favorite drinks and a favorite location which is the George Dieter Dutch Bros. (BTW This article is not sponsored by Dutch Bros...BUT IT CAN BE!!! *wink*wink*)

A Special Memory for Rose

The engagement photos also hold an especially meaningful memory for the couple. Diana and her fiancé recently lost their beloved Pitbull, Rose, and they’re grateful she was able to be part of this special chapter before crossing the rainbow bridge.

Diana says one of her favorite memories is getting to show Rose her engagement ring. “She got to know her mom was getting married,” Diana shared. It’s a sweet memory the couple says they’ll cherish forever and one that makes their engagement story even more special.

A Dutch Bros Wedding Invitation Might Be Coming

The couple jokes that Dutch Bros is basically part of their relationship at this point. It’s been there for ordinary days, date days and now, their engagement photos. And apparently, Dutch Bros isn’t getting a break anytime soon.

The couple shared their engagement photos on Instagram, and their special post caught the attention of Dutch Bros itself. The official Dutch Bros Instagram account even stopped by the comments to show the couple some love! 

Now, Diana and her fiancé are hoping their favorite coffee shop can be part of their next big milestone, too. The couple says they would absolutely love to have Dutch Bros be part of their wedding journey and they’re even joking that the coffee company might receive a wedding invitation!

“It’s definitely going to be part of the wedding journey too!” the couple said.
