While some might think it's weird to do so, we've all seen somebody sleeping at a Texas rest stop. Though, it might not have passed through somebody's mind that it would be allowed to be done. So, is it?

According to Transportation Code 545.411, it is. There are caveats though. You cannot stay more than for more than 24 hours and if the person "erects a tent, shelter, booth, or structure," they could be in trouble.

So, remember to rest if you're tired while driving in Texas, even if includes sleep!
