Shining a spotlight on locals doing great things. This is today's Concho Spotlight.

With all the chaos and darkness in the world, we need stories that make us smile, stories that show us there really is good left in this world.

Well we don't have to go very far to find today's story.

The Concho Coffee House got its start in 2017 in the city of Christoval. Since then they have grown a steady fan-base in the Valley.

Like every good restaurant/eatery, people try to leave tips for the workers at the shop, but Kelly Stultz, who owns the shop with her husband says, she feels weird because they're just doing their jobs.

But they decided to do something positive with their tip money. Instead of taking it for themselves, they donate every dollar they earn in tips and donate it to charity.

Each month the charity changes, from feeding the elderly, local ministries, even locals who are in need.

According to the Concho Valley Home Page the tips for the summer will go to the local baptist church for the Christoval Backpack Program. Which helps kids, teens, and even families who are suffering from food insecurity.

Kudos to the Concho Coffee house for doing great things in our community.
