Colt Ford Delivers ‘Drivin’ Around Song’ Acoustic [Watch]

Colt Ford stopped by the Taste of Country studio recently to perform his 'Drivin' Around Song.' The notoriously unique singer delivered the country rap song with just a few acoustic instruments, and we have the whole performance on video for you to enjoy.

The song is from Ford's fourth studio album, 'Declaration of Independence.' It was released as a single in 2013 and was originally recorded with Jason Aldean.

After an introduction from the big guy, the acoustic guitar kicks in, and a few seconds later Ford is rapping the lyrics, albeit a little slower, into the microphone. Ford is country casual, sporting a black cowboy hat with his Affliction T-shirt for a little extra edge. And he never removes his black-rimmed aviators.

Without Aldean's vocals at the chorus, 'Drivin' Around Song' sounds a little different, but Ford and his band still bring it. Check out the full video above!
