‘CMA Fest: The Music Event of Summer': Here’s Who’ll Be Performing
On Aug. 4, the CMA Fest: The Music Event of Summer TV special will return for its 16th consecutive year, showcasing the highlights of CMA Fest 2019 in a three-hour broadcast. The program will feature more than 30 of the performers that were part of CMA Fest's Nissan Stadium lineup.
Each night of CMA Fest, which took place across four days in early June, was jam-packed with surprise collaborations and iconic performers, but a few of the festival's moments were especially unforgettable. Miranda Lambert debuted a new song, "Locomotive;" Carrie Underwood made a stunning surprise performance with rock legend Joan Jett; and Blake Shelton delivered a searing rendition of his hit "God's Country," to name just a few of the event's highlights.
Hosted by Thomas Rhett, Kelsea Ballerini and country radio DJ Bobby Bones, the 2019 CMA Fest TV special will air on Aug. 4 at 8PM ET on ABC. Readers can see a full list of CMA Fest performances below, and flip through gallery above to learn more about 10 can't-miss moments.
