Bonner Bolton continues to shake things up on Season 24 of Dancing With the Stars — literally.

On Monday night's (March 27) episode of the competition show, Bolton and dance partner Sharna Burgess performed a sultry waltz to Jennifer Nettles' emotional ballad, "Unlove You." The dancing duo masterfully executed their waltz moves, demonstrating grace and elegance as Bolton twirled Burgess around the ballroom floor. The two also brought some emotion into the mix, with their moody facial expressions and moves to match, giving the melancholy song life.

Their dance to "Unlove You" follows the fiery performance of Luke Bryan's "Move" in week 1, which featured the dancers showing off their best Cha-Cha moves that earned them a spot in the next round. With Bolton exhibiting his incredible talent on the dancefloor, you would never know that he suffered a paralyzing injury one year prior.

Before their lively Cha-Cha performance, Bolton, an experienced bull rider from Texas, opened up about the terrifying experience he had that found him tossed from a bull in the middle of the Chicago's PBR Arena, lying the dirt as he couldn't feel his limbs. The accident left him with a broken neck and paralyzed, with a very slim chance of ever walking again.

But Bolton defied the odds and is now competing for the first time ever on Dancing With the Stars, with hopes that his struggles will inspire others to champion their own. “Physically, I feel good. I’m very thankful for what I’ve overcome, and I hope to inspire and motivate others who have challenges,” he says.

Season 24 of Dancing With the Stars continues to air Monday nights on ABC at 8PM ET.
