The ABC Season 2 finale of American Idol will be packed with performances from country stars. Idol judge Luke Bryan will perform an as-yet-unnamed song with Top 5 contestant Laci Kaye Booth, according to a press release, and will also play new single "Knockin' Boots." The finale, which will air Sunday night (May 19), will also feature performances from former Idol winner Carrie Underwood, Dan + Shay, Jon Pardi and Kane Brown, as well as a number of non-country artists.

Congratulations are in order for Hayes Carll and Allison Moorer, who tied the knot on Sunday (May 12)! The couple announced their surprise nuptials in a pair of nearly identical, swooning Instagram posts on Monday (May 13). "I'm so happy to say that @1allisonmoorer and I made it official yesterday," Carll wrote. "Dreams do come true." The couple has been together since 2016, following Moorer's split with her ex-husband, singer-songwriter Steve Earle.
