The Twin Mountain Tonesmen, San Angelo’s Award-Winning Men’s Chorus will present their 34th Annual show, titled “Through The Years”  (75 Years of Barbershop Harmony) this Saturday, May 4th in the C.J. Davidson Ballroom at ASU at 7:29 pm.
The Men’s chorus, under the direction of Mark Clark will be joined on stage with special guest headliners, “Crossroads”, 2009 International Quartet Champions.

“We’ve had so much fun preparing for this show” said Clark.  “We will be performing many of our audience’s favorites and will also feature one of our local quartets, Texas Pride.”  “This year also marks the 60th year my dad, Bruce Clark, has been a member of the national Barbershop Harmony Society.

Tickets are available at Mahon’s and Eggemeyers General Store for $10.  They are also available from any Tonesmen member and at the door if not sold out.

“We’re very excited to have “Crossroads” with us this year” said Clark.  “They are an incredibly entertaining quartet and are all highly trained singers.  Their professionalism and entertaining music have been a huge hit everywhere they go.”

The Tonesmen and Crossroads will have CDs available at the show. The Tonesmen always donate a portion of the proceeds from this show to the West Texas Rehabilitation Center.  “We are probably one of very few if not the only non-profit groups in town who turn around and donate money to another organization.” said Clark.

“We believe in the wonderful work Rehab does for our community and are proud to help even just a little toward their efforts.”
