US National Open Chili Cookoff

THE CASI US National Open Chili Championship will be at the High Sierra Bar & Grill on Saturday, January 30^th!

This is the beginning of the 50^th Anniversary of Chili Cook offs at the Birthplace of chili cook-offs, TERLINGUA! There are cook-offs on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!

The 1^st Place winner for the US National Cookoff on Saturday gets a custom made trophy from local Terlingua Artist along with great prizes for all winners. The Top 3 chili winners automatically qualify for the Terlingua International Chili Championship in November!

There's plenty of dry camping, a new RV Park close by, or lots of motels nearby.
