The Adult Literacy Council’s “Almost BRITISH Tea” is Saturday

Come enjoy fine British tea and catered delicacies at 2:00 p.m. at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 3 South Randolph Street, in San Angelo.  A Christmas boutique and baked goods will also be available for holiday shopping.
