Taylor Swift had a special surprise in store for fans at the Pittsburgh stop of her 1989 tour on June 6, bringing out Little Big Town for a little "Pontoon" fun with her country roots.

First praising the amped-up crowd and reminding them that Pennsylvania is her home state, Swift asked the fans if they were ready for something special.

“Pittsburgh, I’ve been in the music industry for about 10 years, and one of the first bands I ever met was one of the nicest bands and one of the most talented, and they’ve always been the coolest people," Swift said from the stage. "So, I know you guys have a river around Pittsburgh, and I wonder if you ever go out on a pontoon boat?"

The lovable country foursome stepped out onstage as their hit song's twangy hook began, while Swift and her dancers grooved along decked out with swim gear and paddles.

Swift took over the song's second verse, strutting down the catwalk with LBT behind her and turning lyrics about reaching for a cold beer into something a little more sensual feeling.

"You didn't expect that, did you Pittsburgh?" Swift asked as the song's final notes rang out, getting a roar from the stadium full of fans in reply.

After the show, Swift and her 1989 tourmate Vance Joy hosted an informal backstage jam session, uploading videos to social media featuring Little Big Town, "Love Me Like You Mean It" singer Kelsea Ballerini and "Fight Song" pop star Rachel Platten.

"When Little Big Town is singing Girl Crush in your dressing room, there is no other option but interpretive dance," Swift wrote, following up with: "Petition for 'Yeah Boy' to be @kelseaballerini's next single because it is MY EVERYTHING."

Swift's 1989 tour continues through the summer, with her next stop coming June 8 in Charlotte, N.C., and June 9 in Raleigh.
