The Concho Pearl Lions Club will stage a fundraiser from 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. at Carino's Italian Restaurant 1407 Knickerbocker Road, in San Angelo.

Enjoy a meal at Carino's from now until 10:00 p.m. and Carino's will donate 10% of all sales to the Laura W. Bush Institutes's breast cancer fund.

The Zumbathon charity event benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure will happen from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. in the Central High School main gym, 100 Cottonwood Street, in San Angelo.  Tickets are $10.00 in advance and $15.00 at the door with at least 75% of that money donated to funding breast cancer research, education, screening and treatment programs...

The Wounded Warriors Family Support Shelby Mustang GT 500 High Five Tour will be at Jim Bass Ford, 4032 West Houston Harte Expressway, from 9:00 a.m. until noon.

It's a full day of fun from 11 am-11 pm, this Saturday at the Knickerbocker Community Center.

The Boys & Girls Club is accepting new and gently used books for a book drive 9-11 am this Saturday.

Police officers will help serve guests at the "Tip-A-Cop" event and collect donations.
