The Angelo State University Small Business Development Center (ASU-SBDC) is excited to host the training event “Change in Credit Card technology will impact business liability - are you prepared? ” as a co-sponsored event with Sonora Bank on Tuesday, April 7th at 6:00p.m. Admission is free.

Credit card transactions are a need in most business; changes in credit cards and processing will transfer liability to businesses that are not prepared.

Margie Garcia, Merchant Services Coordinator for The Independent Bankers Bank, will inform you on the upcoming changes and help you prepare to reduce your liability for fraud. You will also learn about Merchant Card Services and different options available to you.

Refreshments will be provided by Sonora Bank.

Seating for participants is limited so you must register in advance. To find out more about this program or to register please call the ASU-SBDC at (325) 942-2098 or register online at www.sbdc.angelo.edu
