Arrest Blotter:from Friday, September 23, 2016 to Sunday, September 25, 2016.

ARREDONDO, JUAN ARTURO- age 27 was arrested for outstanding warrants just before 2:00 a.m. Saturday.  Arredondo was a passenger in a blue car that had been detained in an investigative stop, as the car was identified as a suspect vehicle that fled Fiddlestring’s Club and Sports bar, 3301 Arden Rd., after a bar fight.  The fight, which occurred between several patrons, caused property damage to the establishment.  Another alleged party involved in the fight was identified as WORSTER, SAMUEL WESLEY age 30.  Worster was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested.  The investigation of the fight and criminal mischief at Fiddlestring’s is ongoing.

ARROYO, ROBERT BOISSE- age 29 was arrested for outstanding warrants just before 6:30 p.m. Sunday evening after Police were dispatched to a residence in the Goodfellow AFB’s North Gate, 700 block of Paint Rock Road, in reference to an unwanted subject.

BAKER, KELLYE ANNE- age 29 was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury just after 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening after Police were dispatched to a residence in the 4100 block of Nottingham Trail for the report of a civil dispute.  During the investigation Officers determined Baker assaulted two women, ages 19 and 42.

CARDONA, BRIANNA KAIULUNI- age 19 was arrested for Public Intoxication just before 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning after Police were dispatched to Mary E. Lee Park for the report of a fight.  Officers arrived and determined Cardona assaulted two females at the location.

CARR, TANNA BIXBY (AKA OSGOOD)- age 46 was arrested for Public Intoxication just before 9:00 p.m. Saturday night after Police were dispatched to the Olive Garden restaurant for the report of a women hiding in bushes and under vehicles.  Officers arrived and determined Carr was under the influence of an unknown intoxicant.

CARRASCO, MICHAEL JOESPH- age 32 and GALVAN, JUSTIN ROY- age 23 were arrested for Public Intoxication just after 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning in the 200 block of S. Chadbourne.

CHAPMAN, VIRGIL JOHN, JR- age 25, was arrested for Walking  with the Flow of Traffic following a pedestrian stop just after 9:00 p.m. Friday night near E. 3rd and N. Magdalen St.

CORDERO, BENITO SALVADOR- age 25 was arrested for multiple outstanding warrants around 11:50 p.m. Sunday night during a traffic stop.

DEANDA, CHRISTOPHER KEVIN- age 33 was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence just after 2:00 p.m. Friday afternoon after Police were dispatched to a residence in the 2500 block of Sweetbriar Drive for the report of an unwanted subject.  Officers determined Deanda assaulted a 19-year-old male at the residence.

DOMINGUEZ, GABRIEL- age 26 was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated just before 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning after Police were dispatched to the 6100 block of Sherwood Way for the report of a person passed out in a vehicle.  Police noted the vehicle was in reverse, that the right rear-tire was against a curb, and the driver’s foot was on the gas petal.  Officers made multiple, yet unsuccessful attempts to wake the man who was later identified as Dominguez.  Believing Dominguez might be in need of emergency medical assistance, the Officers broke one of the vehicle’s windows to gain entry.  Upon breaking the window, Dominguez woke up and stepped on the gas petal.  No one was injured.

EDWARDS, JAMES BRYAN- age 53 was arrested for two Grand Jury Indictment Warrants [Criminal Mischief IMP/INT Public Service and Obstruction or Retaliation] around 11:58 p.m. Saturday evening in the 4300 block of S. College Hills Blvd.  An Officer observed Edwards’s vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on College Hills, then make an unsafe turn onto Green Meadow.  Edwards then stopped in the middle of the road and began to drive in reverse, swerving left and right, before coming to rest onto College Hills.  Edwards then rolled down his window and began to yell at the Officer.  Edwards was instructed to pull out of the roadway to a safe location and was subsequently taken into custody for his warrants.

ELLIS-YORK, SKYLER- age 24 was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence just after 11:00 p.m. Friday night after Police were dispatched to a residence in the 3400 block of Arden Rd. for the report of a domestic disturbance.  Officers determined Ellis assaulted a 21-year-old female at the residence.

FLANAGAN, PAULA SUE (AKA MORSE)- age 57 was arrested for outstanding warrants around 8:30 p.m. Friday night during a traffic stop.

GARCIA, CAMILLE- age 23 was arrested for Public Intoxication just after 5:40 a.m. Friday morning after Police were dispatched to the Walmart at 610 W. 29th for the report of a driver who was passed out in the fire lane in the parking lot.

GARCIA, RACHELLE KAI- age 19 was arrested for an outstanding warrant just before 8:0 p.m. Sunday night after police responded to the Jack’s Convenience Store, 2 N. Koenigheim, for the report of a woman knocking over merchandise.  Garcia was also issued a criminal trespass warning from the property.

GARCIA, SAMANTHA RENEE- age 24 was arrested for outstanding warrants [Driving While License Invalid & Disregard Red Light] around 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning during a traffic stop.  Police stopped Garcia because she failed to yield the right of way on a left turn, almost causing an accident  near the intersection of Avenue Q and S. Chadbourne.

HINES, SHANE- age 31 was arrested for an outstanding warrant just before 5:30 p.m. Sunday evening in the 200 block of N. Oxford Drive after police observed Hines, who they knew to be wanted, in the area.

HUBBARD, ANDREA SIMONE- age 29 was arrested for outstanding warrants around 12:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon from a residence in the 4000 block of Bowie.  Police received information about a wanted subject at the residence.

JORDAN, JAMES ROYCE- age 63 was arrested for outstanding warrants around 4:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon after Police were dispatched to the Shell Station, 2451 Sherwood Way, for the report of a suspicious subject.  Officers made contact with Jordan, who was found to have warrants.

LACOMB, JAMES OLIVER, JR- age 45 was arrested for outstanding warrants around 5:20 a.m. Saturday morning in the 400 block of E. Avenue L.  after an Officer observed Lacomb under the bridge near an illegal burn.

LONG, KEVIN RAY- age 52 was arrested for a Parole Violation Warrant just before noon on Friday at the Parole Office on Arroyo Drive.

MARTINEZ, MARCIAL, JR- age 32 was arrested for Public Intoxication just before 8:00 p.m. Friday night after Police were dispatched the 3300 block of Sherwood Way for the report of an intoxicated person.

MCALLISTER, TROY DALE- age 50 was arrested for outstanding warrants around 1:45 p.m. Sunday afternoon after Police were dispatched to the Stripes Store, 1606 La Follette, for the report of an unwanted subject.  Officer arrived and learned McAllister was at the location bothering customers.  Police located McAllister at Producer’s Park, 1806 Ricks Drive, yelling at a family that was playing at the park.  McAllister was issued a criminal trespass warning from Stripes as well as City owned park property.

MILGRIM, ROBERT LYNN, JR- age 38 was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Howard County [Impersonate Public Servant] around 5:00 a.m. in the 1900 block of South Concho Drive.  Officers located Milgrim after they were called to the location for a domestic issue.

MORSE, CANDICE JANNETT- age 25 was arrested for multiple outstanding warrants and Class B Possession of Marijuana just before 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning during a traffic stop.

NAVARIZ, ISABEL TRENT- age 49 was arrested for Forgery Financial Instrument around 2:20 Friday afternoon after Police were dispatched to 1stCommunity Federal Credit Union, 620 W. 29th, for the report of forgery in progress.  Officers determined Navariz had attempted to pass counterfeit money.

ORNELAS, JOHN RAMON- age 31 was arrested for outstanding warrants around 6:30 a.m. Saturday morning in the 1400 block of Millspaugh.  He was identified as having the warrants when Police were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary, which was determined to be a civil dispute.

REYES, ARTURO, JR- age  36 was arrested for Public Intoxication just after 3:30 a.m. Saturday morning after police observed him parked in the middle of the roadway near Paint Rock and S. Bell Street.  Reyes was also issued a citation for Open [Alcohol] Container.

RUIZ, MIGUEL OSCAR, SR- age 53 was arrested for a Grand Jury Indictment Warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 around 11:30 p.m. Sunday night in the 400 block of S. Concho Park Drive.  Ruiz was found to be in possession of suspected narcotics during a search incident to his arrest.  The substance field-tested positive for methamphetamine and Ruiz was additionally charged with State Jail Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.

THOMAS, ZACHARY ROBERT- age 31 was arrested for outstanding warrants around 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning during a traffic stop.

WHITTINGTON, JOHNATHON EUGENE- age 23 was arrested just after 5:30 p.m. on Saturday for outstanding warrants in the 100 block of W. 3rdStreet.

ZIMMERLEE, CHRISTIAN- age 19 was arrested for public intoxication around 7:30 p.m. Sunday evening after police were dispatched to a welfare check of an unconscious person in the alley near the 1900 block of Pecos Street.  Officers arrived and located Zimmerlee, semi-conscious, on the ground, and holding an inhalant.  Fire Department Medics were requested to the scene.  After Zimmerlee was cleared by medics he was transported to the Tom Green County Jail.
