Santa Fe Christmas
The 20th Annual Santa’s Santa Fe Christmas is going on now at the Railway Museum of San Angelo in the Historic Orient-Santa Fe Depot, 703 S. Chadbourne.
Santa will be at the Museum from 6 to 9 pm every Friday and Saturday night through December 19th.
This year The Railway museum has been transformed into a Winter Wonderland with over 16 decorated Christmas trees, thousands of lights, hundreds of feet of garland and 10 blow up characters for Santa’s Santa Fe Christmas.
New this year when you purchase raffle tickets you are eligible for one door prize given away nightly through the 19th.
The event runs from 6 to 9 pm every Friday and Saturday night through January 2nd with the exception of Christmas and New Year’s Day. A favorite with all who attend this San Angelo tradition are Christmas stories at 7 pm each night plus the Christmas Craft Room, Six running model train layouts, including a brand new one, plus the Museum’s Gift Shop.
Mark your calendar and gather up your kids and grandkids and come to the Railway Museum. The Museum is run by an all-volunteer staff and is funded with admissions and donations. Santa’s Santa Fe Christmas is the non-profit Museum’s largest fund raiser of the year and an annual family tradition for thousands.
