San Angelo’s Most Wanted Criminals

This week’s most wanted San Angelo criminal is a repeat offender. If you know where to find this week’s criminal, contact the San Angelo Police Department.

Lupe Martinez Chappa Jr. is wanted for parole violation, felony forgery, and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Chappa is 30-years old, Hispanic, 5’5” and 180 pounds. His last known address is in the 1300 block Richards Street. He has tattoos on his neck, abdomen, both arms, chest and back of his head.

The San Angelo Police Department has issued warrants for the above individual. All suspects are to be considered armed and dangerous. If you know the whereabouts of any of these suspects, please contact Crime Stoppers at (325) 658-4357 or 1-800-756-3434.
