SAISD Pre-Kindergarten Registration

Pre-Kindergarten Registration for the San Angelo Independent School District will be on Tuesday, August 2nd, from 7 am to 7 pm at the Administration Building, 1621 University.

Pre K Eligibility Requirements:

Child must be 4 years old by September 1st and must also meet one of the
following requirements:

Unable to speak and comprehend the English language
Homeless
Foster Child
Meet Federal Income Guidelines
Military Eligibility
Is, or ever has been in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services following an adversary hearing held as provided by Section 262.201, Family Code

What Parents Need to Bring With Them:

Official Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
DOD Identification (Military)
Proof of Address (electric, water or gas bill)
Verification of income for July & August
SNAP#
TANF#

Pre-K Registration will be determined on a first come, first served basis and by attendance zone.

Children residing in attendance areas of elementary schools not listed above are welcome and encouraged to register for pre-kindergarten. For more information about which campus your child is eligible to attend, call 947-3838 x 746. More
information will be available at registration on Aug. 2nd.
